View Full Version : "Phone Upgrade" link doesn't work for me :(

When you log into your Sprint account, on the right side there is a link that says "Phone Upgrade". Whenever I click this link it opens a pop-up, and times out. Is anyone else's working?

The same thing is happening to me....I left it sitting for like 5-10 minutes and it finally came up. Then it couldn't verify my ESN..so I had to call them and do an activation over the phone.

in IE it works just fine for me it takes about 30 seconds

in firefox it just doesnt work for me,

have not tried opera.

those options will not work in firefox. I cant say whether it will work in opera or not but IE is the way to do those options.

It does not work in any browser for me but I think it might be a firewall or internet protection problem. No Norton installed though!
