I tried and tried and wouldn't you know it I got tranfered from my normal sprint account to a sero account (500 min and goodies) they said it couldn't be done and I'm sure I am not the only one that has but it feels good to not to pay cancelling fees plus getting transfered to sero plus get a new Q9C on my way. :D plus to my suprise the guy I was talking to said "i'm so sorry you were about to cancell on us how about we give you free incoming calls for free sir?) :thought: YES!! i told him so for you people out there just keep trying and see what happens b/c my contract was ending in july of 09. I tried and got good out of it plus free incoming wow thanks guys for all your help. Now I"m a send an ecare email saying if I can get my free min to start at 6pm. hopefully but does anyone have the link where I can send a ecare email? thanks!

log into your account on sprint.com then click contact us...a little window will pop up and u have to click email us an it will take u to th right page. i have had real good luck emailing ecare from them recently. they usually get back to me within hours.
also, while ur there can u please check the option for free incoming and look at the url and PM me the code it has. i want to try and get it later
