I have a family plan with the Picturemail included with the Vision Packs I have on each of my 4 phones. In looking at my bill picturemails are being billed as text messages. I have been fighting with ecare for the past couple of weeks to get this corrected without success. They said I could contact this other department and pay $20 to get the transcripts of the text messages and then dispute. My family does not text message. Does anyone have an email address or telephone number of someone at a higher level where I could kick this issue up? I am at my wits end and why should I have to keep fighting this out with Sprint every month.

my picturemails count toward text messaging as well, not an issue as i have unlimited texts, but are you sure this isn't normal????

I would think that if the plan says picturemail is included that I wouldn't be charged for these. I do not have text messaging on my account but have been being charged for picturemails that I send as if they were text messages.
most of those numbers dont even work anymore, that tends to happen to numbers that get posted publicly

i really think it is supposed to count as a text message, you're just not charged extra for actually sending a picture.....if you didn't have picturemail, it would cost like .40 for the picturemail plust the cost of text message

mine has always counted as a text message too. i thought that was how it was supposed to be.

I thought it was only billed as text if someone attached a text to it. Doesn't matter to me though since I have Unlim. Text.
