I have two Centros coming my way - one was ordered online as an upgrade and another was ordered through retentions as an upgrade. I was trying out the phone today at the store and think I may want to go ahead and go with the Treo 755p instead (I have big hands!). I should be getting the phones on Monday or Tuesday and would like to just take them in to the store and exchange them there instead of having to wait additional time for shipping. Is this possible?
I want to keep one of the Centros for my sister but would like to take one and exchange it (and pay difference) for the the 755p.
How do I go about doing this, and can I take either of the centros in?

Go to www.sprint.com\returns to answer your questions.
The upgraded phone will be able to be handled at the store.
The phone that you got from retentions will more than likely have to be processed by retentions if you want another model of phone. Last I checked store's do not handle retention orders.

just call sprint up and get store return authorization form and i think you can exchange with that. just go to the link posted above and it should help you out. it may be a bit of a hassle though. when i did mine, the reps at the store had no idea how to do it.
