I purchased 2 pearls in early Jan from business telesales.I was told I would get a $100 rebate per phone.I sent in all paper work as required and got a postcard back that they got the documentation but nothing with the amount.I know I sent it because I kept everything together(Isent copies).After many runaraounds I called customer relations in Texas(no toll free number on this one).I got one of the sweetest and accomadating reps in the wireless industry.Within 10 minutes of placing the call,she had a $200 credit on my account.I had to actually tell her that she need not keep apologizing for the problem-she actually made my day.
