Does anyone here know how to speak to someone at sprint with actual authority or knowledge on how to fix something?
Specifically, the sprint website is leaking subscriber personal information. You do not need to be logged in, you only need the user's sprint phone number.
This is very bad and I want it fixed as quickly as possible. The only remedies suggested by sprint support staff were to fill out a website feedback form, and to call corporate offices (but their number transfered me to customer support).
The agent I spoke to took notes and said she'd escalate it, but I'm worried that it's going to get ignored or hit someone who doesn't fully appreciate the problem.

I'm not able to find this leak of information you're talking about. Everything I click on that would have anything to do with accessing my account requires my username and password. I'm on the new billing system though, so it might be different if you're on the older one.

Have you tried the Consumerist Hotline 703-433-4401 or reporting this to the the Consumerist [URL="http://consumerist.com/help/"] if it really is an issue. However I have checked all of the different log-ins (on the old billing system) and can't find what in the world you are refering to.
Can you post a screen shot?

Yeah, I'd like to see a screencap or a little more information - I'm not sure what you are talking about. But if there really is an issue, call the numbers that have been posted.
