I think he meant he was going to do it to thwart the auction. Last time I checked, you can't do that, and ebay will shut the auction down. They don't like people having auctions for information like that.

2 violations - miscategorized (listed in "phones") and keyword spamming (names of phones in title when they aren't for sale)

If someone reports it, they'll remove it in a few hours.

By far the worst is when people sell electronics manuals that can easily be found for FREE online! Crazy but people pay $10-$20 each for them! Can't they GOOGLE or go to the manuf. website? Crazy!!!! These ppl are making thousands.

There are tons for all diff info, all of which can easily be found here and by googling....people make a ton off it. I wonder what sprint would think - can't imagine they are ok w/ people profiting and them making less!

If any of the listings are posted in the phone or pda section ,report as miscategorized and they will remove them. They aren't selling a phone so they can't be in the phone section ,and in the 'info' section they shouldn't make as many sales

That's true. It's sad to see something like this being sold on ebay, but what's even more sad is the fact that there are people out there who are buying into it. =\
