HTC Mogul/Touch Charger port AKA Ext USB port FAQ

Heres a few quick bits of information about the odd looking port on the bottom of the HTC Touch and Mogul and other HTC devices,

the adapters included are not required to charge the device, for more information see the video here

as you can see in the video, a normal mini-usb cable plugs into the port just fine, yea its shaped different but it works fine to sync, and charge.

ExtUSB is HTCs custom port that they came out with and left out one little fact which is as you saw above its standards compliant with mini-usb or even usb by that matter
