Say I were to buy a phone off of Ebay with a clear ESN. If I took that phone to a Sprint store to get it activated, would they let me add TEP to my plan for that phone? Thanks
Sorry if this is in the wrong place, I wasn't sure to put it in here or in the TEP forum.

I haven't bought the phone yet so I would be adding it to the new phone. Right now I have a fusic with TEP.
Are you replacing your fusic with the new phone? If so, you don't have to do anything. TEP stays on the account automatically.

Regardless, whenever you add a phone to your account you should be able to add TEP as long as there is no history between you and TEP were you met your replacement quota.

There's a quota for replacements? I didn't know that. I'm probably no where near it though, I've only broken one of my phones.
It's a limit not a quota. I believe it is 2 replacements in a 12 month period.

Well I've replaced the phone on my second line (from a SCP-3100 to a SCP-8400). I bought the phone from eBay and the TEP is on the new phone now. No questions asked.
As for the line that I'm using, I've replaced my Sanyo M1 (which they could not repair nor replace in time) with an LG LX570. And again TEP stays. So it's pretty kool to have TEP! :tu:

Just to clarify it's 3 replacements per year. That is all I have.
