So I purchased these headphones used on eBay because it saved me about $20, and to me.... well, that is well worth it.
The headphones had ZERO problem connecting to the phone. In fact, out of all the bluetooth products I have worked with.... this was by far the easiest to get connected.
First thing I tested was the quality of a call. Surprisingly, the call was crystal clear and the person I had on the line had no idea I was on a headset. The one thing that threw me off a bit is that calls are mono.
Makes sense if you think about it, but seeing as I had earbuds in both ears... I was expecting the call in stereo.
As wireless headphones when using your phone as an mp3 player... it was solid. Not great, but solid.
The headset severely lacks the ability to handle deep bass tones and when I tried to fiddle with the equalizer in ptunes, the headphones complained by distorting the sound terribly. On the other hand, mids and highs were GREAT. Very clear sound and zero distortion as long as I did not try and pound the bass.
The volume control is located on the left earbud and track control is on the right. That will take some getting used to.
Overall I would rate the headphones at a 7.5 out of 10.
Don't forget that if you plan on using some wireless headphones with your Centro, you will need a 2nd program running so that the phone can produce stereo sound via bluetooth. Pity that ptunes does not have this built in yet.
Here is a link to the software you will need.
