My contract is getting ready to expire and I'm getting ready to renew and get a new phone (current phone is a Sanyo MM-9000). Clerks at local Sprint store tell me they can transfer my phone book/contacts to new phone but not my Applications. I've got tons of applications on my current phone (Garmin, TeleNavigator, Weather Channel, eBay, Earthcam, GMail, MapQuest, MobiTV, NASCAR.com, Vindigo, etc.); yes, some from the infamous RP!
How can I transfer these applications from my old phone to my new phone?

in order to transfer your contacts from one phone to another they charge you $15. thats what i was charged...
