Hi,
I am a happy Sanyo owner of a 7050. It's probably the best phone I've ever had except for the bulk. Currently I'm demoing a Moto SLVR from Cingular and I love it. Can anyone tell me if I'll be as happy with the Sanyo S1?

How does the S1 compare in size to the SLVR? I havent seen many SLVR's around for Sprint, but I know they're out there.

Anyway, I'm almost certain that I'm going to get the S1 and I'm toying with the SLVR just for the fun of it.

Are there any S1 users out there? A camera or music isn't that important to me... Phone quality and ease of use are.. Since my cell is my only phone, I need something good...

Are there any phone dealers out there willing to give me a good deal on an S1? Any recommended retailers????

THANKS FOR YOUR HELP!

i may have a very lightly used s1 for sale soon, its a good solid phone, the size of it is great. i am an avid PDA user, but if i ever wanted just a phone, this would have to be it

GR represent.

i dont think dealers can order the S1 here yet. RS for sure and maybe the 'corporate' stores have them. :)

PM me with your price. I'd like to consider it. I looked at it at RS, but I am taking a liking to the Katan II because of the size. Any experience with either of these comparisons?

yeah, corporate stores have them, and ill think on a price, youll have to remember though, my price would be without a contract renewal or using your discount, so radio shack may be cheaper

no such thing as a corporate store in west mi.. ipcs runs the show. that's why you never know. we still don't have the Q9c

well would you use the mp3 capabilities on the phone because the S1 does not have that and the SLVR does (i believe).

then you have to think Moto vs Sanyo.....

I just ordered a 7050....I looked at the s1, but it doesn't have very good reviews. It also says on one of the reviews that it gives off more radiation than most.

radiation?

how/who measured that?
