Contract Ending Soon

My contract ends 03/19/08 and my current plan consists of:

- $30 SERO Plan
- 500 Text Messages (Free)
- Unl Nights & Weekends @ 6pm (Free)
- 15% Customer Loyalty Discount
- 14% Employee Discount

I really want to keep my same exact plan with all perks and discounts. And I'm thinking about getting a Centro (read all my research, just need to go into a Sprint store and physically try it out first). Are there any other perks I could ask for on a 2-year renewal? Good retention plans? Additional discounts on a new phone? I heard someone mention nights and weekends @ 5 and I guess I could ask for unlimited text again (they wouldn't give it to me last time so I settled with the 500). Plus, my fiance needs a new phone/plan. Would it be better to just have her open her own account with a SERO plan or add a phone and plan on my account for her? Are there any advantages or disadvantages from adding her on to mine?

Sero is better than a Retention plan in my opinion. On your renewal ask for a Centro at new customer pricing ($99) or the phone you decide to go with at new customer pricing and unlimited texting free...

Sero are individual plans only so for your fiance would have to either open her own Sprint account or you add another sero plan to your already existing account.

Which would be better? If I add another sero plan to my account, would it get any of my other perks (free n&w@6, etc.)?

The new sero plans include unlimited texting I would make sure that gets put on their regardless. Just email ecare or call them up and say hey the new plans include this i would like it added...I suppose you could go for pick 3 if you wanted but thats not guaranteed where the texting should. GL and post your results

remember to ask for all of it in writing as if you are still on p2k and eventually get migrated to ensemble, there is a good chance you will lose most if not all of your perks

I probably won't start addressing anything as far as my plan or a new phone goes with them until a little later, but should I go ahead and talk to ecare about the texting since that is supposed to be unlimited anyway? And perhaps ecare will see I'm almost at the end of my contract while fixing the texting and possibly offer something else? Or should I just wait and do everything at the same time? Which would yield better results?

I really don't know what else they would offer you. You already have 6pm nights and a loyalty discount. phones might be the only thing

I'd def say shoot them an email about the texting as it should be added without issue, the only thing that is a possibility is them taking some stuff away, but if you have a legit reason for having it on there it should be no problem (I have sero with some extras that were all given because of issues so i'd be extremely pissed if they go ttaken away) but yeah adding the texting should NOT extend the contract. And once that gets added see if they say anything, if they don't say I just wanted to know how much time is left on my contract and that might spur them into action once they check. In any case gl and let us know how it pans out.
