My dad's friend had a Verizon phone with a weather application on it. There was a weather person that came on after a bit.

It was pretty cool. Anyone know if there is a similar app for Sprint?

I swear he said it was the weather channel but so far I haven't seen a talking head on the TWC application on my phone...

The best one I have is the TWC app, it's pretty handy

I have that one but I don't think it has the talking head thingy.
