I'm so frustrated. Seems like I can never take advantage of the freebie ringtone downloads on the Sprint wensite. There's an offer going on right now.
I select what I want, insert the promo code, website tells me all cool and to check my phone. I get a text with the link on my Samsung M300 but it is not clickable so I can't download anything.
The last two times I had to call CS and they helped me out but it ends up putting freezes on my credit because they have to charge me for ringtones then credit me back.
Is it the phone? Can someone please help me out? Grrrrr.

>Options
>Go (should be the first one)

>This should bring you to the page to download the ringer
Since you are getting this through Sprint via a promo code you should know this. You will be charged for this but will receive your credit back for it in 2-3 billing cycles.

Glad it worked for you.
You should see the credit in 2-3 billing cycles. After 2-3 billing cycles if you do not see a credit give CS a call and let them know.
