I am the account owner with sprint pcs and have access to all my online information for myphone only. I can look at limited things on the other phone on my account. Is there a way to access the other phone information without having the password sent to that phone in a text.

at least in the case of my account all the lines share the same password e.g. the "account password"

otherwise from mysprint.com you can just click the arrow below "Phone numbers on this account" and it will list all the lines associated with your account and you can select what information you need based on the options available

now im in P2k the older billing system, this may not apply to your account if your in ensemble as i have not seen nor experienced mysprint for ensemble accounts

I can get the account info, it is pic mail that i cant get password without sent to phone.

and theres no other way to do that, its for the security of the pic mail account and the individual who is taking the pictures as well

Sorry if this is a little off topic but since you were talking about billing systems, how do I tell which one I'm in? I just got a new contract and I want to make sure if I switch to this new Ensemble I won't lose my family fair and flexible plan. Thanks!

is your account # 9 digits or 10, if its 9 your in ensemble 10 your in p2k
