I have had 1xrtt (around 15-25 kbit/sec) speeds up until today.. I was loading a web page and it loaded extremely fast, so I decided to take a speed test and now it shows 1005 kbit/sec, but it is still registering as "1x". The speed is dramatically different, but is it normal to show 1x?

I do not belive the 700 had the evdo icon loaded in it. those are evdo speeds, it looks like it opened up in your area.

700wx has evdo. yes those are ev-do speeds. congrats :tu:
