I got dy new mins 2day. didnt snd any txts. under my current usage it says 497 txts left out of 500? wth!?

if you ever sent any texts while roaming, that could be why there could be up to a 1-2 month. delay on any roaming minutes or text messages

they could have been pending messages that didnt post last month. or someone sent you them but you didnt recieve them.

Usually when your bill cycle renews every month it is not until midnight of the that day. So say your bill cycle day is on the 6th, Your minutes should not renew till the 7th at midnight. But as always if you call Customer Service they will give you some run around excuse...but may credit you if you do happen to go over with your messages and or minutes bc you were not comepletely informed about the renewal process.

And maybe up your texts from 500 to unlimited...so instead of paying the $5 for 500 texts, pay $10 for unlimited. Espically now since sprint does the whole changing of plans with out extending your contract.
