Sprint Rebates has problems

I Purchased My First Phone And The Phone Was Suspose To Be Free But I Had To Pay A Total Of $39.99 For The Phone In Which It Was The Wrong Phone That Sprint Was Going To Ship Me So I Sent It Back And Got The Red Razor Which Had No Volume Unless I Used Speakerphone I Paid Another $49.99 So I Sent it Back And Got The Katana Dlx For $59.99 With Another $100.00 Deposit So Thats 2 Deposits For Only 1 Phone And They Still Made Me Pay A $49.00 Bill When In Fact They Owe Me For The Phones They Recieved Back And Even Had Me On A Second Line When I Only Have One Phone And Tried To Give Me A Early Termination Fee When I Asked To Keep The Same Number And The Radio Shack Guy Said I Could Not. Do Anyone See Something Wrong With This Picture? And now I cant get the rebates for the phones I paid for because they changed my number.

What is missing in your post is this, which is crucial, How long did you have the "first line" before you sent back your Red Razor ?

September 31 2007 thru Dec 1 2007 or 60 days.

Assuming you mean Sep. 30, that would be over 60 days - but just barely. I'm not sure what the limit is on rebates these days, but in general what I've been seeing is that people are just having issues getting any kind of rebates unless they call in.
