Right now I have a Samsung A900, I am planning on upgrading to a Touch on February 1st.
On my plan right now I have Unlimited SMS texting for 15 dollars and I have something called Sprint Vision Pack for 15 dollars as well.
My question is, will i have to upgrade to a Sprint Power Vision pack when I get my Touch? And the "Pro Power Vision Pack" does that one include SMS texting and unlimited data? Would that be the best option for me?

You wont "have" to upgrade to Power Vision Pack. Your a900 is a Power Vision phone so you do have a data plan on there that is a Power Vision pack even though it says Sprint Vision Pack.
As for the Pro Power Vision, it includes:
The Sprint Power Vision PRO Pack includes the following features on the mobile broadband network (will vary by phone):
Unlimited Text Messaging
Unlimited Data Access
On Demand - Set and then receive customized, up-to-date information on sports, weather, news, money, and movies.
Email and Instant Messaging - Access multiple email accounts in one place, including AOL, Windows Live and Yahoo! You can also add other POP and IMAP email accounts.
so right now your paying the same as you would with the Pro pack so its really up to you if you want to switch that or not.

Oh, ok I didn't know the a900 was a Power Vision phone. So all the features I use now (internet,On Demand) I will be able to use on the Touch?

On Demand is on the Touch and obviously you can go on the web. But there are some things on the Touch you wont have that the a900 or other flip phones have.
such as:
GPS
MMS (picturemail) you cant just send it to a phone number like you would on your a900.
read up in the touch section before you make the purchase so you know what your getting. Also spend sometime playing with one if you can to make sure you like it.
Hope this helps some.
