why when pictures are sent to me i can just view them directly in the message, and i have to visit a url. any way to change this feature?

Well, I guess you could get a different phone - one that supports real honest to goodness MMS. Neither the Palm phones nor the Windows Mobile phones support MMS on Sprint. But then, is it really that much of an issue to have to click on that link? Look at it this way, at least all those cool pictures are being saved on Sprints picture mail servers.

If you had someone email you the photo as an attachment instead of picture mail you could retrieve it in VersaMail.
