If I purchase a phone with a bad ESN, is there anyway I can get it activated? I just don't see how I can pass up the deal I'm getting on a 755

electronic serial number. the phone is such a great deal because the seller has a worthless phone(except maybe for parts) and any dollar amount is good for them, the phone either has a overdue bill which could be paid to clear phone or its on the stolen/lost/insurance claim list which cant be fixed.sorry to be the bearer of bad news.

Dang...what exactly is the esn
as recithree said its the electronic serial number, and its what is used for sprint to identify and activate the device
bad esn = non activatable device (at least on SPCS cricket will still take it lol)
