M1 web & sprint tv not working grr

On my sprint home page it just says home at the top and only has 8 items on its list.. it looks totally different than the home page on my other 2 sprint phones..i can get to bookmarked pages except sprintusers.... if i go to sprint tv it is not working it says error M01 there is a problem with the server try again later... if i try to get on the weather channel app it says data error 803... on demand says authorization failed please try again... i have been on the phone for over an hour with tech support and still nothing works :mad: my phone worked fine last night it just started acting funky today... now they are telling me on the phone the only thing they can do is erase my phone and reset it to factory settings or i can go to the sprint store... last time i went to the stupid sprint store with a problem like this on a phone i had a few phones ago they told me it was a vision problem and to call customer care :frustrate

Anyone else having this problem or is my phone just being stupid :weeping::bawl:
I called the sprint store to see if the tech would be there sunday and they said that they have been having other phones with this problem the past few days.... sigh i just want my phone to work again...

I backed up everything and then let them try to reset on my phone... Now when i go to the web it just says enter zipcode :frustrate

Took my phone to the stupid sprint store tech... the tech made it even worse now I can not even make a phone call :rant: that tmobile sidekick is starting to look much cuter... but i love my m1... or at least i did.....

:Party: Happy days are here again ... got a smart tech who fixed what he said was a KNOWN ISSUE that usaully can be fixed without resetting the phone... ok i am still annoyed about the resetting the phone but as long as my m1 is not dead i am happy
