I don't know if this was posted yet but in case it wasn't I thought you guys might like to know. I haven't had a chance to try it out yet but it looks legit. Yeah! today I called because my phone was stolen to suspend but they also added me the $70 credit to renew my contract. I checked on sprint.com account and the credit is there with a new 2 yr contract.

Now I got a question::thought:
I have the Sprint Wireless Advantage Club which is through an employee account. I was told before these accounts never had contracts?


Well the rep i was talking to didnt even know what he was doing and did added the 2 year contract with a $70 credit... he didnt even suspend my phone, had to call back again.

How does one go about getting the 10% loyalty discount? Just ask for it when you're getting near to being OOC? Say you're looking elsewhere?

I just emailed them and told them how long I'd been a Sprint customer and asked if I could get a loyalty discount. They responded with an offer for 10%.

I just called the number and they said that if your acct has recently been renewed then you are not eligible for the $70.00 ammount and that it only applies to the primary line on your acct.

Yeah I was turned down flat. Apparently they have a list of phone numbers it applies to.

yeah, that's why you got the credit. cause you've had the contract so long. I got the $70 credit btw, took 4 calls but I finally got it.

i just purchased the centro w/ 2 ya
other 2 lines were to expire june 2009

sunday...i renewed all contracts and recievved 30% off the bill for 1 year...which is about $50 a month

Really , I didn't even know about it, the rep offered it to me, I am sure she gets a bonus from doing that, another thing...i have called back since, some reps see that it is renewed...and others see that my contract is finished...and i am still eligible for a 150 rebate...i guess it was a hap of conveinence and timing?

plus i got a $25...credit yesterday.... a $50 credit today...bcause reps were giving me the run around...and i was able to purchase the centro for $99.

Now if i can just get them to give me a better plan...and some good perks...i can leave them alone.....;)

I got the $70 credit on both of my lines. I got it Thursday. I renewed my contract and the guy showed that I was eligible for the $70 credit on both lines, even though the line had been only been activated that Wednesday. I had no what was going on, but I gladly accepted it.
