View Full Version : Got a collection notice for ETF, but still have 3 active lines. wth?

really need help with this...

earlier this year (April), I added a line, change plans and requested a few number changes. Somehow during the "transition" period, I was charged an ETF and one month of the bills went unpaid because the bill wasn't transferred to the new accnt # (I had requested a zero-social security (999) accnt due to stalker)...

come Nov 11, I find out Sprint had sent the charges to collection agency in Mid July). I've since spoken to billing dept (Philippines) twice and both CSRs promised to rectify the situation to no avail. last nite i spoke to "Finance" dept who gave me the "Write Off" Dept's Tel no. which took me to a sex line.. :icon_smil

this morning i spoke to another Finance dept CSR (India) who straight denied my claim to reduce ETF.

what exactly am i doing wrong here? still have 3 lines which was is 1 more line than what i had earlier this year. who else can i talk to at this moment? this collection dropped my credit score by over 50+ points!!! :ohcrap: TIA for reading folks.
