I know many of you complain about the time in which it takes Ecare to respond to your e-mails.

But now you can get instantly in touch with Ecare via their live chat! So no more waiting for an e-mail reply - CHAT LIVE.

(for Ensemble billing customers only - AFAIK)

eCare will stay around for anyone on P2k I'm sure. At least I would think so.

Good thought. Hopefully once more and mroe people find out about this, then less people will try and email eCare and it will be easier and faster for those of us still in P2K.

Ensemble is Sprint's new billing system. The older billing system is known as P2K. Sprint is currently migrating customers from the old system to the new system.

the new chat thing is pretty crappy. i tried to talk to some1 today, twice. they asked for my number and then i got a message that it timed out for inactivity. then i get 4 emails saying here is your sprint web transcript, 2 of which were people i never even talked to.
