I negotiated what I thought was a good deal for my family plan about 5 days ago and was told they couldn't email me the details , but gave me ID # and assured me everything would be as stated.It does not show up on account,should I call back.Several things such as 300 text msgs. per phone and power vision were supposed to be creditted back each month.Bonus min. do not show.I called to activate new phone today and rep said I needed a new vision plan,but I decided to just wait rather than deal with him.Should I call to confirm details or just wait and see? Confidence level not high. Thanks

Hi...

Wait until the end of your billing cycle. Once your new cycle starts, then you'll be able to see what options are under the plan otions. Once the bill generates, then you'll be able to see what credits ahve been applied.

If you can't wait, email ECARE and ask them to give you a breakdown of everything that is on your account, including all charges and credits.

Unfortunately, most likely you'll still have to wait until your bill generates to be sure. I'm still in an ongoing process with Sprint where they're showing that discounts have been applied to my account, but they still don't end up appearing on my bill.

I'm finding out that getting the ID # doesn't mean squat. I was told to call back, have the answering rep send a message to my original rep if I had problems and he would call me back. Still hasn't happened and I have issues with proper credits not being applied and losing my PV credits that were never supposed to go away. I'm now in a game of "he said, she said".

eCare should be able to tell you what is on your plan...I asked to have mine verified and it worked very easily.
