I just looked at my sprint account online and saw that for the last 2 months I've been on Powervision PRO pack ($30/mo) instead of the Powervision Access Pack ($15/mo). Anyone else notice this? Or might this just be something that they're doing to PDA phones?

No prob, hopefully they will refund the money for you.
no, you shouldn't be automatically changed to anything. after they switch you back, make sure they credit you back for the last two months.

Well, I heard back from Sprint.
Dear Mr. Sinclair,
Thank you for contacting Sprint. I will be happy to assist you regarding Power Vision pack.
I checked that on #1948, there is Power Vision Business pack for $30.00 since December 05, 2007.
Let me inform you that we have received an online request to add this pack as of November 25, 2007. So, Power Vision pack for $15.00 has been removed and Power Vision Business pack has been added on the mentioned line from the first day of next bill cycle which was December 05, 2007. This is not because you have Palm Treo 700w on #1948.
The features of this pack are listed below:
- unlimited web/data access (for EVDO phones)
- unlimited Picture Mail and Video Mail
- Multimedia includes Sprint TV and Sprint Radio
- unlimited text messaging
- active sync (requires Windows based phone)
- unlimited Sprint navigation
- On demand
- access to NFL Mobile and Sprint Mobile eMail
- $0.99 song download from Sprint Music Store.
I further checked that this line had unlimited text messaging option for $15.00. This option was removed while adding Power Vision Business pack. The previous Power Vision pack had a monthly charge of $15.00. So, these two packs together used to cost $30.00.
I would like to inform you that Power Vision Business pack costs $30.00 also. So, I suggest you to keep this option on #1948 as it is now.
Have I resolved your concern? Please let me know by replying to my email.
Thank you again for emailing us, I enjoyed helping you and look forward to working with you in future. Have a great day.

Question: I would like to know why I was switched from the $15 Powervision access pack to the $30 powervision PRO pack. I saw nothing noted on my bills sawing a change would be happening. Is this because I have a PDA type of phone?

I guess they are bundling things together now. I haven't done any plan changes in probably a year. Now all I need is a Device that'll do Sprint TV, and Navigation.

Sounds like sprint cs pulling their crap again. I just went through getting an unauthorized plan change reversed.
