I took a song from my itunes and converted it to aac and made it 30 sec. then found out that the focus uploader says qcp only so I converted it to that . I am not receiving a text message when I try to send it to my phone. Any Ideas?

I was having the same problem, that's how I stumbled on yours. Try these links to different uploaders and see if they help. I just used the rumkin one and got my ringtone.
