View Full Version : Manually migrated, now can't access vision

My account was migrated tonight to new billing system, but now I can't access my vision. Comparing online id to id set up in phone, they are different. Can I change this info, or do I need to call sprint? btw, it has been four hours since I finished the call migrating accounts.

I tried to change the PV username to the same as online. It creates a copy and when I try to connect through it, I get get Error 0x7301. When I connect through the original, it gives me error 67, user name or password error.

Migration shouldn't have any effect on your PV status, but unfortunately, things don't always go that smoothly. If it still hasn't started working on its own by this point, I would contact Sprint and see what they can do for you.
