I am on a Sprint SERO 500 plan. But anytime I try to type in a URL it tells me "The account holder has restricted your access to this content." It also happens on some of the news links and some of the messenger links. When I initally signed up all three messenger links work and now none of them do. I have called *2 about this a few times and they say it isn't anything on their end and basically just tell me to power off the phone, take out the battery for a few minutes, put it back in and turn it back on. This does nothing. I know it doesn't help that I don't have another phone to call CS with to troubleshoot this, but I don't so I can't really change that fact.
I also can not re-download a game I had originally downloaded and then the second time I tried to open it it must have gotten corrupted as it sends me a link to download it on my phone and I can't open the link.
I don't know if there are any Sprint employees that can help, but as far as I can tell everything on my end is correct.
Settings - Power Vision
* Power Vision - Enabled
* Net Guard - Off
Settings - Security - Lock Services
* Power Vision - Unlock
I have a Samsung A900M. If any other info is needed, please reply or PM me and I will respond accordingly.

Log on to your account through Sprint.com. There are settings where you can restrict what lines have access to the net and which dont. Perhaps your line is restricted, remove the restriction and I believe you should be good to go.

So do I want this box checked or not? Because it is currently not checked and I still have this problem.

Hmm... It looks fine. You might have to reprogram your phone or call sprint and tell them to send a signal to your phone.

How would I go about reprogramming my phone? At this point I almost see that as a better option, as I have called into Sprint and everyone I've talked to has been useless in assisting me this far.

I would call *2 and ask for tech support to reprogram your phone. Sometimes you get people who actually can help and sometimes not. I know how it is.

Try going back to the Sprint site and check the box, save the changes, wait about 15 minutes, uncheck the box, and save the changes again. Certainly no guarantee, but it might work

Still not working...website alowing me to make restrictions on all phones,but when i ancheck boxes,it schowing system eror try again later.tryed to write and chat with sprint,they just pointing same thing,and telling that no restriction on my phone.:indiff:

This actually fixed it for my issue. I did turn off and back on my phone with each change, but I don't know if that is required. But finally, just over a year after I signed up for a SERO plan, did I get my web fully working on my phone.
