I got the Motorokr S9 Stereo headset for xmas and so far it works great with my DLX for phone calls as well as the Music player. But SprintTV doesn't seem to utilize the bluetooth connection and instead still plays through the phone speaker. Is this a SprintTV thing or a Katana DLX thing?

I don't think its supposed to work with BT headsets. Atleast it didn't for me with my m1.

I definately have an issue with this too. The "media player" can't play using bluetooth. I loaded a movie onto my SD card, and, while it will play via the regular headphone or the speaker, not through my bluetooth headset? But the "music store" will.
Is there a 3rd party media player one can load on these phones??

I believe that you are correct. Their media player some how does not support or recognize bluetooth stereo headphones as an acceptable output medium.. perhaps it's a DRM restriction??

I don't have a media player on my DLX. When i push the play button on my BT headphones, it loads the Music Store and switches to the player tab so I assumed that was the main player. Luckily that works well tho.

YOu do have a media player. If you go through File Management, you get to play files (like the videos you record) using it.

ah.. yes now i see... never even bothered to use that. thx, tho it doesn't seem to matter if the BT won't play it, i'll just have to stick to the music store.. tho i wish you could send it to background and still have it play.
