oh and dont give me a moral or ethics lesson. dont post if you cant help. Theres nothing going on illegal, and if i already know their last name theres nothing more i can do with it from a yes/no thats the last name on the account.

If that's all you want to know, you can do that yourself by calling Sprint.

When you dial the regular toll free number, say something to get to a CSR. They will ask you for your phone number or account number. Give that to them and they will ask you to verify the name on the account. You give the name and they will either ask for your password or "No, I am sorry but the name does not match" and you get your answer.

What you are doing is unethical and it's morally wrong to...lmao j/k.

Has some woman been prank calling you lately? :D

So you want somebody to break the rules for you, but you don't want to "lie" to a representative... :icon_smil

I have to admit, this whole thread is somewhat humorous.

This is why at the VZW call center I work in the verification process means verifying the phone number if on a multi-line account, the last 4 of the SSN, last name and password if one is on the account. If the person identifies themself and not on the account they won't get much more than the time of day. Its amazing to read how bad the security of my account on Sprint is. Another good reason why I am glad I got that 30 day window to port out my lines w/o an ETF in January.
