my mm9000 is shot and i called to get another one since i have tep.Well they sent me a 8500.
I called and complained about it that its not the 9000 and they said its better.Would you take the 8500 as a replacement for the 9000 from tep?

I wouldn't, because I really liked the 9000 when I had it, and I'm not a fan of the Katanas(lookswise), but that's just me.
BTW, why did you post this in two different sections??

the 9k is over 2 years old and limited production. i'd take the 8500 either as a replacement, or to sell and buy whatever phone you may want (9K, M1, etc)
