I was thinking about buying a sanyo m1, but the only way to find it on the sprint site is to do a search in google which brings you to the business page. Are there any other ways to get this phone with a contract without getting a business plan. And is it any better than the 5600 and 9000, if not can anyone give me some suggestions., I have the i580 and am thinking about switching back to a sprint cdma phone with power vision.
And if anyone has this phone, can you tell me if the phone is worth it or if I should pick one of the newer phones?

it's over a year old, but I still think it's worth it.
the only real downside is the construction of the phone... it's CHEAP. it just wears quickly and there's nothing you can do about it.
it's features are kick-ass. better than the 9000. only downside is a bit of a smaller screen on the inside and no rainbow LED (loved that feature). BT is a plus but most M1's are a bit sketchy in the handsfree dept. And of course the 1gig internal can't be expanded but it's MUCH quicker to access than a storage card. The 2mp cam with autofocus takes nice pics.
Can't think of much more, or it'll take me all day to post. I'm sure some others will chime in.

Cons:
The camera is nice only when your outside.
I don't like the 1 gig limited memory, I have to delete songs to keep my things updated.
Dust gets under both screens.
Feels plastick-y
Now for the Pros:
2 MP camera is NICE when you're outisde.
Doesn't get scratched easily on the Metallic blue parts.
HUUUUUGE external display.
external music controls
Blue lighting on keypad and music controls, + outline of faint blue around bottom corners of flip.
Sanyo quality
Great reception
Look on ebay for this phone, it should be in the $100-$200 zone.
Make sure that its ready to activate, or that the ESN is clear.
