Okay, I have been thinking of a fun way to have a Christmas contest for forum members and here it is:

- There is no purchase necessary.

- The winner of this contest will receive a BRAND NEW Motorola Q9C phone by mail.

I have already randomly selected a post number that will receive the beautiful Motorola Q9C Prize! The post number won't be revealed and it hasn't taken place yet. According to my figures, the winning post will occurr no later than tomorrow and possibly today. The only way to win is to post anywhere on the entire forum.

EXAMPLE OF HOW TO SEE THE POST NUMBER:

In the above example, Pixiedrea, has made the 1,627,095 post on the forum. I have picked the winner to be the 1,62X,XXX post on the forum which will take place in the next 36 hours. Good luck and may the best SUer win! :D

It isnt against the rules, and technically it is silly not to. every post coming in could be the winner, so the more you post durring the next 2900 posts the greater your chance is to win.

Not sure how this helps but definelty a change of pace.

I could see someone posting in random forums barely keeping on topic just to hit a lucky random number. Or you have me that for the most part will confine my bs to this thread so that i can post more often...following the guidelines of the rules.

IMHO i would have made it so you HAD to post in other forums or left it like it was and just picked the random number. Because of the fact its random ill be posting feverishly to this post.

Basically, Lee has picked some random post number that should be hit either today or tomorrow. That post can take place anywhere in the forum (it does not have to be in this thread). Whoever makes a post with the predetermine post number wins. Very simple and random actually.
