My DLX has been spontaneously powering itself off during calls. Anyone with this problem?

Also, I have firmware 1.010SP Hardware 0203. I've heard that 1.02 is the most reliable firmware right now but that it's all the way up to 1.08 right now.

How do I get the older update? I assume if I update the phone it will go to the latest version. Thanks!

I had the same problem with mine. It soon after just went black on main LCD and froze on the sub LCD. I had to take it in to have them replace it. Warn of warning. If it does that. Do not take the battery out to make it come alive again or else when you take it in they will tell you they can't duplicate the problem so there is nothing they can do.

Also, tell them to show it to a tech before making a ticket for it cause they have to take the battery out to scan the esn when they make a ticket. Therefore when they put the battery back in there goes the problem.

Awesome. Not ANOTHER worthless Sprint phone. Why do I keep getting sucked in?! I bought this phone over the phone & Sprint shipped it to me. I wonder if I can go to a Sprint store to replace it?
