So My Q tanked on me today.... I took it to the service center.... they tested it for 3 hours.... then gave me refurbished unit.... wellll ive had it for about 2 hours.... and in those 2 hours this new phone has hard reseted twice....
took this one back and the tech said.... too bad.... we don't have anymore in stock.... what to do????
What should I do?????

insist on a comparible or new model, try and get a Q9c!

You should try for a Q9c! My co-worker had a Q and it suddenly died and she got the Sprint guys to give her a Q9c for an exchange. She's really hot though so that might have had something to do with it.:lol:
