Call tones from Sprint Digital Lounge

I was browsing around the Sprint digital lounge and noticed that they had 4 free call tones. It said they were free for 90 days. I've got a Centro with SERO 500. Can I just set one of these call tones from the Lounge without gettign charged for anything? I don't really understand how call tones work but I assume it runs off of the SPrint servers rather than my phone. I know a lot of these things SPrint says is free actually are free after a credit to your bill. Sometimes several months later. I thought about playing around with these call tones but didn't want to bother if they are somehow not truely free.

the 90day calltones are free, my girlfriend had one for a bit but i made her turn it off because it was annoying, and it was an advertisement as well as a call tone (with the music it had a voice telling the caller about sprint calltones)

Tried a couple of the premium ones and promptly disabled and got a refund. Sounded like an AM radio down in a well complete with static. Sounded nothing like the preview.

Call tones are a stupid idea anyways. I'm not sure why any carrier would offer them.

I like call tones, but the song has to be the right song. If the song is consider a loud song, the sound of the call tone is just terrible. I tend to use acoustic tracks mostly just for that reason.
