The screen on my Katana went white. One minute I looked and it was 12:07, ten minutes later it was whiteness. Both the large LCD display and the small one on the front are blank. I can still hear everything and make and receive calls. Help?

I'm not sure if this is what you're going to want to hear, but there's probably a short in the wiring for your screen. Only thing you can really do is take it to a service center and have them take a look at it. Hopefully you have insurance, because if they have to fix it it may cost you up to $55. If it's within the first 30 days you've had it though, you can always bring it back to the store you got it from and exchange it for another one.
