So I just got my 9c yesterday and I've been working on it ever since but I can't get my activesync to work. I downloaded the software from the cd onto my laptop and plugged the usb into it and the phone. It goes as far to say it's connecting everytime but then it reads "activesync cannot coonect to the windows mobile powered device". i also clicked on the connect button from the main menu and it says, "com 1: availbale com 2: not installed com 3:available infrared port(ir): available usb cable:available"

so now i'm at a lose since i have no idea what to do or what this means? :thought: all help is greatly appreciated!!
