I just got ugraded to a Q9c from a Samsung A920. when I had the a920 I was on sero with vision access I think. I just renewed and asked to get on the power vision since new sero plans had it. I was wondering what the difference is and if I would notice it on the Q of vision vs. power vision. I see on my plan they added the power vision pack for $10 a month and im guessing they will credit me for it. so pretty much I want to know the added benefits I get with power vision and how I can best use them on the Q9c. thanks in advance

sero includes powervision, and the a920 is a powervision device i think the rep may not have understood a sero plan because you shoudlnt of had to make any changes to use the Q9C from an a920
i would call Customer service for SERO accounts (its different from normal CS) and have them straighten it out
