i for some reason cannot get the GPS to work ... i have tried both windows live and google maps on all ports and im still no go :-\ - anyone know why?

NO settings required on google i just installed and it worked, and on WLS you choose the GPS intermediate driver and it works just fine

okay my update is ... i got the google part to work but for some reason even after i choose intermediate drivers on wls it doesn't work even when i go outside ... anything else or just keep trying? when i got gmm to work i immediately tried wls but its still no go

dont know what to tell you i just installed it and set it to gps intermediate driver and it worked right away i tested it on the way to work today the turn by turn worked as intended

I just got two new Q9c's (one for wife and one for myself). On hers both google and live search worked right away and i set hers up out of the box with it.

Mine I did a bluetooth sync and then setup both google and live. It would not do gps, took numerous power offs/ battery pulls (and 1 lockup) before it would finally recognize. I figured it was something to do with bluetooth sync, but after it started working I was able to sync, transfer files and still see gps signal.
