View Full Version : The earpiece on my Q9C already died

Today is the third day I have had my Q9C and making a call this morning I couldn't hear anything on the ear piece. So I tried making another call, still nothing. Tried another number, nothing.

On another call, I could hear the other end for a second, then they would cut out. So I tried the speakphone, that works, I can hear them.

Tried a master reset, nope ear piece still doesn't work.

Any suggestions? Am I stuck getting a replacement?

Have you tried a very large hammer (aka a sledge hammer)? Just kidding if your unable to hear anything on multiple different phone calls and haven't dropped it in water or anything like that sounds like manufacturer defect and i would send it back.
