I've heard that there are "diffrent added perks" advantages to ordering SERO via the website or via a phone call because each way to sign up goes to a diffrent computer sysem.

Is this true?

Does talking to a live person to sign up help in gettting more "perks"?

Does using a 'promo code" work best live or on the website?

thanks

All just depends on how luck of a day your having really. I called back 4 times before i talked to someone that was nice and helpful. Got on 2 SERO lines with no problem. Some people when you call are hardcore about the email address of someone that worked there and some really dont care. If you dont like what you hear the first time you call...call again.

I'd say it's probably faster, easier, and less annoying to do it over the computer. Too many associates dont' even know of the SERO plan, and I'm not quite sure of any perks that you could even pull off over the phone?

I ordered via computer. I didn't get any 'extra perks', but the process was as painless as it comes. Had my phone the next night.
