Texting Problem on the Q 9c

Lately for some reason, my phone hasn't been receiving all texts or sending all of them because friends and family ask if I've received their texts and i'm not...My Q 9c every once in a while for some reason when I go into settings and under PCS Vision it has it disabled...I have to keep enabling it alot...Anyone know what's going on and why it would keep disabling PCS Vision and not allowing me to receive texts?

Go into your settings, and do a software reset of your phone. I know, you hate me for saying that because you probably have already customized it/downloaded things to it, BUT, resetting WILL solve this problem. I did it on a friend's Q9c that was doing this and it worked. If by chance it doesn't, exchange it if you can. Sorry...

hmmm...I hope this works...I tried looking throughout my settings to do a software reset, but couldn't find it...maybe i'm just missing it and it's right in front of me haha...how do I go upon doing the software reset? thanks!

##786# I do believe. It should give you a choice of menus. Choose Edit, then reset is in there I do believe. I'll check later just in case I'm wrong, but that should do it.
