Well, ESpN says that Roger Clemens is one of those on the list.
At 2:00 today, you can watch on ESPN.com

Who do you think will be on the list?

I say, from the Tigers, Pudge Rodriguez (there's a reason why he's not so pudgy) and Sheffield.

Personally, I don't care about Shef, I never liked him much, but I do like Pudge.

I guess we'll have to find out.

Post your opinions, please!

It should be interesting to say the least. I for one am not surprised on Roger Clemens.

I wonder how much of a mess the league will let this turn into. For instance,IF there are several Red Sox players named would they have to forfeit the world series win?also,do you think it would effect the huge salaries that some have if they were found guilty of using these drugs?
In any case, sounds to me like there is about to be a Huge can of worms opened!!!

Every team has a player on this, the most infamous lineup since the 1919 Black Sox scandal!

Throw the bums out of the game, strip them of their records, fine them and send them to jail.

I have lost all respect for professional sports players.

you can view the pdf file and it has all the names of the players named in it. Pudge was not named but Gary Sheffield was.

I'm not a big fan of baseball but I have to say this is a black eye in the sport. Its sort of like what are we to believe? Would "x" player be my idol if he never took steroids? Would he even be a star? How far would the team have gotten if they were all clean?

The league should of never took the responsibility of testing the players. They should of contracted and independent company.

Fan comment on espn "Baseball just needs to implement a new Hall: the Hall of Asterisks." lol I'm kind of already sick of it. Hopefully this cleans up Baseball and possibly other sports. 10 mins the players association coverage.

Sosa?
McGwire?

Sosa refused to interview I believe. McGwire at the time was taking a substance that was not illegal. I think that is why he is not on the list.

The Bears-- last place in division.
The Cubs-- Made playoffs only to be swept.
The White Sox-- Managed to beat Detroit too many times this year but still were below .500.
The Blackhawks-- Just crushed by the Red Wings!

Detroit isn't much better. We have the Lions, ho have lost 6 in a row and the Tigers, who did not live up to the hype. Oh, and the best team in hockey, too!

*Excludes basketball b/c I don't care much about it.

As I final note, at the very least Michigan's college athletics are better!

After Boston (and the rest of New England), it seems like Detroit is the best sports city in the US. I do think that the end of the Patriots era is approaching, though.
