Swapping a SERO number to another phone

Perhaps you can tell me whether this can be done and should it be done in a store or called in.
My friend has reached her line limit on a shared family plan. She needed an additional line for her daughter so I suggested getting a SERO plan. While this is simple, what is not so simple is the final phone numbers. She wants to have one of the existing parent phone numbers ported to the new SERO line and the new phone number ported to back to the family plan. Her policy is for the children not to have texting and internet on their phones. Can they have Sprint swap out the numbers? I know she can have the text and internet blocked on the new phone but if one of the parent phones can use these options it would be better. Thanks for your help!

Contact employee accounts and get the other line put on SERO just like this one, just tell employees accounts they forgot to add this line as well.:headbang2
