I'm ready to sign up for Sero but have a few quesions :

1) I've seen some emails that have different opinions about signing up for Sero either by email or by phone. Which really is the best way to sign up and why? I saw one email that said booth go to diffrent computers systems and have diffrent advantages. True?

2) If I sign up by phone will they take a promo code? What are the latest $50 promo codes that still work?

3) I've heard about the Free first minute (FIFM?) promo... how do I get this?

4) I will want to port my phone number from AT&T, but should I do this when I sign up? or wait until I get the phone? What are the pro's and con's of doing it either way?

5) I'm going to gt the Touch but have been hoping they will drop the price. From the way it looks now the current $100 rebate runs until Jan 12 so my guess is they won't possibly do any price drop until then at the earliest. And if I were to try to wait to Jan 13 maybe they won't extend the Sero program past 12/31. Jeeezz... I know... save all this money on the Sero plan I I'm looking to save even more on the Touch handset. I guess saving money is just in my blood.

Thanks for any suggestions or answers on the above questions.
