Sanyo Data Error

I have this problem with my 8400 but I suspect all Sanyos do this....

When I receive an animated picturemail I never get audio or animation. When I go into the options menu to play the audio it says, "data error" Are there any ways to fix this?

I should add that this also happens sometimes with pictures that have audio attached.

Anyone? I can't be the only one having this issue.

Yeah I have the same thing sometimes with my 8400. If your getting animated pic mail from an outside network, its probably a format issue. Sanyo phones lack a little luster in the technology department but make up for it in call quality and dependability. As far as in-network messages you should be getting your video and audio with no hang ups. If this persists try calling customer support and have them "DEBUG" YOUR PHONE".

Yeah, all my friends that have VZW forward me those pic jokes and when trying to check them on my 9000 the audio was either not there or the volume was so low that I could hardly hear it with the volume turned all the way up. My friend played it for me on his VZW phone and it was loud and clear.
